天津耳朵眼体北店设计说明
天津耳朵眼餐饮是一个集建筑外观、室内设计、陈设搭配为一体的整案设计。
项目定位：“时代坚守的记忆”
每一个时代都有它特定的历史文化特征。天津耳朵眼创建于风雨飘摇、动荡不安的18世纪末期。在那个年代，口岸城市以航运为主的交通方式，使天津成为了最早接触外来文化的城市之一。半封建统治下的中国人面对汹涌而来的新鲜思想和事物时，被动的接纳和吸收着，几近丧失了对传统文化的自信。在东西方文化强烈的碰撞下，人们的意识形态及生活方式都发生着巨大的变化。而建筑作为城市的重要组成部分，也被融入了大量的西方元素。正当民族自信低落之时仍有人坚守着东方人民应有的智慧，因为受到材质与人力（西方工匠）的制约，人们使用本地材料（砖瓦代替大理石）、制作工艺结合西方的建筑理念，形成了一种具有时代历史意义的特有建筑。我们把天津耳朵眼设计成一座回顾性的建筑，将那个时代的断面与民族坚守的智慧相凝结，运用传统工艺融合现代的建造手法，使之鲜明突出。希望它可以承载起耳朵眼的企业文化精神，重新塑造起我们共同的回忆，感受时代坚守的意义……
